For your 2013 Ford F-350 with 6-3/4 foot bed, I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50026-58. This will give you brackets that require no drilling into the frame and will help you align the in bed rails for easy drilling and installation. This will work well with the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Wiring Harness # RP30033, but unless you have a pin box with a pivot, I recommend using a slider hitch like the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R20 Slider # C16541 to provide adequate turning clearance for your short bed truck.
You may also want to consider adding the wiring harness # 50-97-410 to add a second working 7-way to the bed of your truck. This will give you a clean look and give you a second working 7-way trailer connector with easier access for your 5th wheel trailer.
