I went out to the warehouse and measured the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65053 for you. The bolt holes are 38" apart left to right on center and 5" apart front to back on center. I have also attached a photo with these measurements for you as well.

I assume you meant E-450, not F-450 which are not used as motorhome chassis. If that's the case then you'll need to use the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part #65053 which is the only confirmed fit. It would work great…
