Question:
will this hitch fit around my 2001 F250 spare tire? I ordered it yesterday ...the tire size is what came stock with the truck - measures 27 in diameter

To install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # C15810, on your 2001 Ford F-250, you will need to temporarily lower the spare tire.
You will be able to re-install the spare tire after installation of the hitch. Yes, the hitch will fit with your OEM spare tire.
