We do have some jacks that will fit the measurements you gave. For instance, we have the Round Swivel Marine Jack w/ Wheel # MJ-1206B which is rated for 1,000 lbs and will retract from 13-1/2 inches and extend to 23-1/2 inches at it max height.

If you have preferences as to weight capacity/size/style let me know.

Thanks for sending the photo, that helps a ton. You are correct that the square jacks we have are longer than 20 inches for that outer tube. The shortest length is 24 inches on models like the Pro Series Square Jack # PS1401010376, which is my recommendation for your replacement.

The Pro Series Square Jack #PS1401010376 has a low speed crank setup due to it's very high capacity of 10,000 lbs. But to be more specific it takes 9 cranks to move the inner leg 1 inch.
