Can you purchase a single rack. Want to installed one on the roof and use a trailer hitch mount to carry a canoe.

In regards to # R5008, we don't sell a single crossbar that is a Rola product that is a confirmed fit for your 2013 Dodge Ram Pickup. We do have a product such as the 2013 Dodge Ram Pickup Roof Rack by Rhino Rack that fits 2500 and 3500 Regular Cab with no existing rails or crossbars.
The kit comes with one crossbar and these are the parts needed to install it on your truck. You need the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar # RRVA150B, crossbars require 4 Rhino-Rack legs # RRRLKVAH and a custom fit kit # DK043H to mount it to your roof. The bar extends past the roof rack legs to maximize the space for mounting carriers and accessories. The Rhino-Rack T-Load # RTL002 fits in your 2-inch trailer hitch and provides the lateral support you need to safely carry long gear such as your canoe on your roof rack.
