The highest capacity fifth wheel hitch we have for your 2016 Ford F-350 with the factory rail kit is the Reese M5 hitch part # RP30922 which has a 27,000lb capacity. This is one of the nicest hitches on the market too which we highly recommend. You'll have a very quiet and smooth ride quality with this hitch.
