Compatibility of Air Lift 5000 Springs on a 2018 Ford F-250 with Curt 5th Wheel Base Rail Kit

I just purchased Item # BWRVK2402 for my 2018 f250 srw. I had Item # AL57399 on my 2017 f250 srw with factory gooseneck setup. Will the airbags with the rail system? If so, should i install the air bags or the rail system first?

If your 2018 Ford F-250 Super Duty is a 4WD then the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57399 that you have will be compatible with the B&W Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit # BWRVK2402.

However, if you have the 2WD version then you need the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57391 instead. I confirmed this with my contact from Air Lift.

It doesn't really matter which one is installed first, but I would install the 5th wheel rail kit first since it sits higher up.
