In the discription it shows the sway bar diameter as 1 3/8” and in the install directions in says 1 5/8” diameter. What is the diameter?

Based on my research your 1996 Tiffin Allegro Bay 32 was built on the P30 Chassis. The Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer with Mounting Brackets for Motor Homes #RM-RBK3-RSSP30 is the correct fit for that chassis.
