7-Way Tester Recommendation that Plugs in And Test All Lighting Functions

Why does the indicator only work for tail lights? I was going to order one to verify connections, fuses, etc. both for my truck, and for neighbors when they asked for help, but was disappointed when I saw the video and it only showed tail light function. You should put that in the description rather than having to watch video to find out it only functions with tail lights.

If you are looking for a 7-way tester that plugs into a vehicle's 7-way and allows you to test all of the functions what you'd want is the part # C73NR.

The part # HM48502 isn't really a "tester" it does light up when the running or headlights are activated though.

Yes, the Hopkins 7-Way RV Style Trailer Connector with Nite-Glow #HM48502 that you referenced can be used with the brake output circuit as that pin is active in the connector.
