2013 Ford Escape Titanium Trailer Hitch Fit Recommendation
Question:
Hello Very sorry to ask this question again but I own a 2013 Ford EscapeTitanium and sorry to say I purchased a hitch from someone else that looks very similar to your #75782 but without the small rear lip that attaches with the smaller bolt that states it also fits my Escape Titanium but it does not. It’s a little short and also hits the spare tire well on the passenger side which prevents it to be tightly attached to the Escape. I just need to make sure yours will fit my car. Can you also send my all the measurements of your hitch so I can make sure it fits before I order.

If you check out the install video I attached below you can see us installing the Draw Tite hitch part # 75758 on a 2013 Ford Escape just like yours. We can guarantee it will fit your vehicle.
What might have been going on with your old hitch is that the mounting flanges could have bent during shipping. This is a problem we see occasionally, and due to the very large side flanges of the hitches that fit your vehicle I could see this as pretty easily being the issue you had. As long as you don't see any creases or paint flaking you can very easily bend the hitch back.
