The Erickson Roller Idler for E-Track # EM09144 referenced in your question will work with a maximum strap width of 2 inches.

This roller idler will let you secure your vehicle by the tire or frame to the E-track in your trailer. It features a spring-loaded release on the base to allow for easy movement between different E-track slots and it has a zinc-coated steel construction that will resist rust and corrosion.

The E-Track has slots that have a length of 2.45-inches and a width of .58 inches. See attached diagram.
