Can Curt Trailer/RV Trailer Hitch # 13703 be Bolted on Through the Frame
Question:
I am interested in purchasing and installing the Curt 13703 adjustable hitch to my travel trailer. Rather than using a hole saw and fishing the hardware through the box frame, could I simply drill completely through the box frame and use longer carriage bolts with a block on each side of the frame?

I suppose that you could bolt Curt trailer hitch # 13703 through the frame if you wanted to. This is one of the most versatile hitches available so as long as you are following one of the methods (bolting on or welding on) then you should be good to go.
