If your 2018 Ford F-350 Super Duty with factory 5th wheel prep is a long bed you can used a fixed 5th wheel hitch designed for that factory prep package. The highest-rated 5th wheel we offer for this setup is the 27K Reese M5 Series # RP30922. A review video to illustrate is linked for you. This hitch drops into the factory pucks with no rails needed and it allows you to have a clear bed when you need it.
If you prefer the Husky fixed hitch # HT31318-31325 then you'll need to add Demco rail adapter kit # DM6175 since this Husky hitch is intended for standard above-bed base rails, not the Ford factory prep. Also note that the adapter is rated to 25K, but not to 26K like the Husky hitch.
