Can I charge my camper battery using this connector?

The Curt Universal 7-Way Extension, part # C56080, plugs into your truck's existing 7-way and moves it inside the truck bed. This makes it easier to hook up a fifth wheel or gooseneck trailer.

The 12 volt pin on your existing 7-way will provide power to your trailer's battery through the extension, however it isn't going to charge a battery. The current from a 7-way connector only maintains the charge on a battery.
