Recommended 7-way Trailer Connector Wiring and Brake Controller for 2017 Isuzu NRP HD Box Truck
Question:
I have a 2017 Isuzu NRP HD box truck, I want to install a brake controller for pulling a 7 pin trailer. What would I need to do this and any helpful hints. Most trucks I have had in the past there was wiring already there, just had to plug in.

For your 2017 Isuzu NRP HD box truck, I recommend the Universal Wiring Harness w/ ModuLite and Brake Controller Harness - 7-Way Trailer Connector # 22551. This harness will give you all the wiring you need and then you will simply need to add the brake controller. I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 which will connect directly to this wiring harness. I've attached the installation details to assist.
