The hardware you need is the Reese Universal Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches (No Base Rails) # RP30439. These brackets and hardware work with Reese 10-bolt base rails to install your fifth-wheel trailer hitch.

I have install videos and the installation instructions attached to this help document.

We do not recommend mixing brands of 5th wheel base rails and under-bed installation brackets. The reason is that the preciseness of the fit and the actual weight capacity will be unknown since these parts will not have been tested together. To…

If you have the Reese fifth wheel rails currently the universal bracket kit you would need is the part #RP30439. This is the bracket kit that comes with the Reese rail kit part #RP30035.
