The AirLift 1000 Rear Axle Air Helper Spring Kit # AL60742 is a confirmed fit on the 2004 Nissan Pathfinder SE 4WD. If a spring has developed a puncture/leak you will want to check your installation and also to ensure that you always maintain the minimum 5-psi pressure and do not exceed the 35-psi maximum. Also, check that there is no sharp edge from where you cut off the OEM jounce spring that could have damaged the air bag. This is noted in step 4 of the linked instructions.
If you do need a new spring you can use part # AL60242, which is sold individually.
