The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 37130 as with all Draw-Tite trailer hitch receivers is made in Mexico. For a trailer hitch made in the U.S.A that is also a confirmed to fit for your 2000 Toyota Tundra, I recommend taking a look at the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13184.
The Curt trailer hitch receiver is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver tube opening. The hitch is rated for use with trailers that have a gross trailer weight (GTW) and tongue weight (TW) rating of up to 5,000 lbs. and 500 lbs. respectively.
I have attached a review video of this hitch installed on a similar 2001 Toyota Tundra for you as well.
