B and W Fifth Wheel Hitch Solution for Ford Fifth Wheel Rail Kit

Is there a replacement base for the Patriot that will fit the Ford OEM pucks similar to the replacement base for the Companion that fits the OEM Pucks.

I wish there was a Ford rail kit base for the Patriot hitch by B and W, but they only have that option for their Companion line of hitches. One option you'd have would be the Companion hitch for the Ford rail kits part # BWRVK3300 which will fit your Ford trucks rail kit and work well.
Other option you have is the rail kit adapter part # RP30156 that fits the Ford rail kit and provides a set of rails that the Patriot is compatible with.
