The Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover # STC-V211 referenced in your question is a really great, heavy-duty jack with an integrated drive function that can take the hassle out of hooking up or moving your trailer. The dual positraction wheels will provide excellent traction, however when using the unit on sand, it will likely sink a bit and you may have trouble maneuvering the trailer.
When using this item on sand, or any loose/soft surface, I recommend laying down some plywood or similar item to provide a more sturdy surface for the Trailer Valet to operate on.
This particular jack has a tongue weight capacity of 500 pounds and a total lift of 15 inches. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
