Question:

Im looking for a caster to fit my RV. I would like to install it before unhooking in my large garage so I can move it by hand.

It sounds like you are looking for a side mount trailer jack that features a caster wheel for your trailer. We have a large selection of jacks that should work great for you, depending on the capacity you are needing. For example, the Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Trailer Jack # FXPD15L features a 1,500 pound lift capacity and dual thermoplastic wheels that will provide support and easy maneuverability. This can be bolted to trailer tongues and has a retracted bracket height of 12-3/4 inches and a total lift of 12 inches.

I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can take a look at. I have also attached a link that will take you to our available selection of trailer jacks that include wheels for you to look through.

Lastly, if you are just looking for an option to allow you to move the trailer around by hand, I recommend checking out the Trailer Valet XL Trailer Dolly # TVXL25. This is a heavy-duty dolly with integrated drive that will take the hassle out of moving your trailer. You can even switch between high and low gears for effortless driving. I have included a demonstration video on this product so you can see exactly how it works.
