With your camper running about 10 inches lower in the back, you have the tongue of your trailer riding too high for level. Not knowing if you have a travel trailer or a 5th wheel, I'll give you both solutions.

If you have a travel trailer, you can get a ball mount with a deeper drop. I've attached an article to help you with the ball mount hitch height based on your vehicle and the trailer coupler height. You may want to consider using an adjustable mount to adjust the tongue down which will bring the rear of the trailer up.

If you have a 5th wheel trailer, you can adjust the 5th wheel hitch height and the pin box to get the correct fit. Both standard fixed and sliding 5th wheel hitches are height adjustable. Most pin boxes are adjustable as well so you may need to adjust both or just one for proper leveling of your trailer and clearance from your bed rails.

If the hitch height can't be level because of some other interference, you can adjust the height of your trailer by adding an over-under kit like # K71-384-00 for 2-3/8 inch axles or # K71-385-00 for 3 inch axles. This will adjust the height of your trailer by the diameter of the axle plus the thickness of your leaf spring suspension. That height adjustment at the axle will also need to be combined with a hitch adjustment for level towing, but will help if height is the issue for not being level.
