Installing Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness on 2018 Honda CR-V
Question:
I attempted to install this on my 2018 CRV without luck. Seems like honda changed the plug to a smaller version from the 2017. I snapped a pic, hope it helps. Please advise. Hope I dont have to splice wires...

The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56370 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2018 Honda CR-V EXL AWD.
I spoke with my contact at Curt regarding this harness on your vehicle. He states that there have been no issues with this harness on the 2018 model CR-V. Most likely, you have found a different factory connector on the vehicle than what this harness will connect to. On the 2018 model, the factory port you are looking for will be a little further up (vertically) along the rear storage trim panel, probably around 16-18 inches above the floor. I recommend searching for another white port that is taped up with additional wiring.
Once found, the Curt T-Connector will connect without issue and provide your vehicle with a 4-Way connector for use with your trailer. You will not need to splice any wires. If you are still having issues locating the correct factory port, please let me know and I will look into this further.
