How Does Fifth Wheel Hitch Install on 2017 Ram 3500 With Factory Rail Kit?

I have a 2017 Ram 3500 long bed with the 5th wheel prep. Im towing 41foot with 15K+ pounds. Do I need a rail system or does the hitch attach using just the prep holes? Looking at your 25K hitch.

For your 2017 Ram 3500 you would not need a rail system depending on which hitch you get; the one you referenced, the B&W Companion # BWRVK3600 for example, will fit directly in the puck system of your truck.
