What is the width of the hitch from the mounting holes centerline to centerline? And what is the overall width measurement of the square tubing before it ties into the mounting plates?

The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65005 has mounting hole dimensions that all measure 30-3/8" on center. The trailer hitch also measures 26" on the inside of the mounting brackets.
