I went out to the warehouse and found that the mounting bracket on the Rhino-Rack RLTP Legs # RRRLTPFC that come with the Rhino-Rack RLTP Legs for Factory Fixed Mounting Points # RRRLTPFC-3 measured about 1-1/4" tall (see attached picture).

For a 3 crossbar roof rack that will fit the 2016 Transit T150 T250 T350 you would want the Rhino Rack roof rack part numbers #RRVA180B-3, #RRRLTPFC-3, and #RRVA-FK1-3 as it has been confirmed as a fit.
