For installation of the Tow Ready Custom Trailer Wiring Harness, item # 118498, on the 2011 Toyota Sienna, you will need to insert the T-Connector ends with the Green wires and coneectors with Brown and Red wires between the vehicle wiring connectors and tail lights and lock into place on the passenger side.
You will then, Route the T-Connector end with the yellow wire to the driver side behind the panels and along the threshold and connect between the wiring connectors and tail lights on the left side.
I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to review.
