How Fast Can Trailer Travel on Highway
Question:
I have a 2600 going I just bought a escapade motorcycle trailer what is the recommended speed I can travel or can I do 75-80 with this trailer

Expert Reply:
Check the tires as they are normally the limiting factor in terms of overall speed. Most of the time they are only rated for 65 mph. If you can't find a speed rating on the tire you'd need to assume the rating is 65 mph and not exceed that figure as it will cause the tires to heat up and potentially fail.
