If you are just wanting to get new brake assemblies you could use part # AKEBRK-7-SA for 12 x 2 assemblies for electric brakes or part # AKUBRK-7 for hydraulic brakes. These measure 12 x 2 inches so they will fit in the hubs you have now, plus they are rated for up to 7,000 lbs axles like that you have. They also fit a brake mounting flange that has a 5 bolt pattern.

Although this will work, I recommend going ahead and replacing your drums as well so that you have an entirely new system that was made for each other. To determine what hubs you will need you can simply remove one of your current hubs and find the inner and outer bearing numbers as well as the number for your grease seal. If you cannot find these numbers then you will want to measure the points B, C, and D on your spindle (see attached picture), using a Digital Caliper # PTW80157, to the 3rd decimal place, for example 0.725. Once we have this information we can then look at the available options for something that is compatible.

I have attached a link to our selection of hub and drum assemblies for you to look through after you find out that information, otherwise you can just let me know what you found out and I will be more than happy to help you find replacement hubs.
