For a true custom fit 5th wheel installation kit that will fit your 2000 Ford F-250 Super Duty with 6-3/4 foot bed I recommend Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches Item # RP50082-58. Current pricing is available on the product page.
There are other "custom" kits that cost less, such as # C16443-204, but I do not consider it completely custom since there is some drilling into the frame required for installation.
