i have a customer that has the blue ox tow bar and was wanting to know if the d ring Item # RM-035 would work with the blue ox.

Roadmaster D-Ring Tow Bar Adapter Kits # RM-035 and # RM-035-1 are designed to work specifically with Roadmaster tow bars such as their BlackHawk 2 All-Terrain model # RM-422.
We do have similar items that work with Blue Ox tow bars, such as part Blue Ox Tow Bar Adapter Brackets # BX88358 that work on Hammerhead and Fab Fours brand bumpers. Kit # BX88230 is a bolt-on heavy-duty bracket kit that allows use of a Blue Ox tow bar with an aftermarket bumper. The bumper may require reinforcement.
All Blue Ox adapter kits are shown on the linked page. These are designed for specific bumpers.
