Will the 24x60 Curt Curt Cargo Carrier # C18151 Allow the Back Doors to Open on a 2016 Ford Transit
Question:
If I install this on my 2016 Ford Transit 350 passenger, will there be enough clearance to open the back swing out doors when it is empty?

The 24x59 Curt Curt Cargo Carrier # C18151 that you referenced does feature a 2 inch shank with a 2 inch rise. The outside height dimensions of the carrier itself is 6-1/2 inches tall. This means that the top of the cargo carrier will sit roughly 8-1/2 inches above the top of the inside of the trailer hitch receiver on your 2016 Ford Transit 350.
From the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the carrier when it is folded down is 19 inches. You can use these 2 measurements to see if the carrier will allow you to open up the back door on your Transit.
I have added some review videos that you can also use as a reference.
