My contact at Lippert confirmed with me that the Lippert Electric Stabilization Jack, # LC298707, does have an override mechanism at the end of the motor that can allow you to raise or lower the stabilizer in case on electrical malfunction.

The manual override uses a crank handle to operate. however, Lippert does not offer a crank with the unit. The crank that you will need is # LC119226. This crank is confirmed by the manufacturer to work with this electric stabilizer jack.
