Can wet bolts be used for springs to shackles or just equalizer. Thanks

As long as the Wet Equalizer Bolt with Locknut and Grease Zerk, part # 126B2, is the right dimension for the springs that you have, you could use it.

Yes, I would recommend keeping the bolts of the #AP233 lubricated. An easy way to do this is to use wet bolts like part #126B2 which have a zerk fitting that allows for easy application of grease to them.
