From what I could find when researching your Carriage Cameo F37RE3 Fifth Wheel Trailer, it looks like it uses two 7,000 pound axles. I recommend verifying this by checking the tag on the axle itself or contacting the trailer manufacturer if you are unable to locate the information.
The most common electric brake assemblies for a 7,000 pound axle are going to be a 12 x 2 inch that mounts on a 5 bolt flange like the etrailer.com Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA. This includes both the Left and Right Hand assemblies. They will fit 14-1/2 inch, 15 inch, 16 inch and 16-1/2 inch wheel sizes.
To ensure this will fit the drums on your trailer, you will just want to measure the inner diameter and width where the pads touch. The diameter will need to be 12 inches and the width should be 2 inches for these assemblies to work.
I have attached a couple of videos on these brake assemblies as well as an article on trailer brakes that you may find helpful.
