For your 2015 Ram 1500, I recommend the Derale Plate-Fin Engine Oil Cooler Kit # D15405. This is a great plate-fin cooler that will reduce the oil temperature in your vehicle by up to 50 degrees. The dimensions on the unit are 9-7/8 inches wide x 9-1/2 inches tall x 1-1/4 inches deep. This kit will include the heat exchanger, hoses and a sandwich adapter that is compatible with the 22x1.5 filter landing on your 5.7L engine.
