Will the Thule Force XT Fit on a 2017 Mazda CX-9 and Allow Full Access to Rear Cargo Area

Hi. I am looking to purchase the Thule Force XXL for my 2017 Mazda CX-9 with factory roofrails and crossbar. Could you please tell me if this will interfere with my rear hatch when fully opened?

To determine whether or not the Thule Force XT # TH6359B will fit on the crossbars of your 2017 Mazda CX-9 you will need to make sure that you have a crossbar spread of 23-5/8 - 35-1/2 inches.
As long as there is at least 54-3/4 inches between the front crossbar and the line where the roof and your hatch meet then the Force XT will not interfere with your rear hatch.
The Force XT has a 165 lb weight capacity but you will want to make sure that you do not exceed the weight capacity of the OEM crossbars on your CX-9. Keep in mind that the cargo box weighs 52 lbs so you will need to subtract that from the capacity of your OEM crossbars as well.
