The only replacement handle we have for Pro Series fifth wheel hitches is # PS58473. It does fit the 16,000 pound Pro Series hitch.

Yes. The Replacement Reese Head for 16k Fifth Wheel Hitch #58165 is the correct replacement head for your Reese Pro Series Hitch part number-30056. You can replace the handle with the Replacement Handle Kit for Pro Series Fifth Wheel #58180.

Since you didn't tell me which hitch you have exactly, if yours has a blue grip on it you would need the part #PS58473. If instead it has a black grip you would need the part #58055. Most likely you need the #PS58473 though.
