Sway Bars for Improved Ride Quality for 1994 Fleetwood Montara 27 Tioga Ford 460 E-350 Dually  

Question:

Michelins at 80 lbs fandr, 4 Billstein shocks installed @ 15,000mi , currently51,000mi, 2015 Ford Fusion Plug-in Towed. Starting out with full gas55 gal, Water20 gal, and Propane, 3 adults 700 lbs and Gear @300lbs Always a battering, swaying road experience. Always wandered Steer-Safe installed,AirTabs installed, constant correction needed Semitrucks produce waveinch front to rear requires constant correction, Crosswinds pulse to cause excessive lack of control requiring constant correction. On most highways including tollroads, the ride jars worse than an old school bus, hammering on the rare, newly paved roads, ride is smooth. Please help in a product ion to remedy the aforementioned. I had tentatively ed the Blue Ox Tiger Trac Axle Stabilizer TT2402, Timbren Code TFER35092B, Roadmaster Front Sway bar Code RM 2239-115, and RoadmasterRear Sway Bar Code RM 1139-117. I also ponder replacing the Billstein Shocks with the B6 Comfort F 33-487563 M, and the B6 Comfort R 33-176840 M. Thank You,

The biggest ride quality improvement you can make with an RV is with a rear sway bar, followed by doing a front sway bar and then a steering stabilizer and axle stabilizer.

The part # RM-1139-117 for the rear bar will work great and will make the biggest improvement. The front sway bar part # RM-1139-115 is also a fit and will work well.
