Bike Rack and Cargo Carrier Recommendation for 2015 Lexus RX 350

what is the best dual receiver to put the bike rack Item # TH934XTR with this Cargo Carrier Item # C18151 at the same time for 2015 Lexus RX 350.

There really isn't a great way to accomplish what you are trying to do. The dual hitch receivers like the part # D-192 cut the capacity of the hitch they are installed in by 50 percent and add quite a bit of leverage to the hitch. I really wouldn't recommend going this route.
A better choice would be the # HR1400Z-85 which has a bike rack and a cargo carrier behind it. As long as you have a 2 inch hitch installed on your 2015 Lexus RX 350 like the part # C13143 you would be good.
