I compared the Draw-Tite goose neck hitches offered for your two trucks, the 2004 Ford F-150 (6-1/2-foot bed) and the 2007 F-250 (6-3/4-foot bed) and found that none are common fits. You can see all Draw-Tite options for each truck on the two linked pages.
For the 2007 F-250 the hitch I suggest is the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck # BWGNRK1108. This quality USA-made hitch is shown in the linked installation video and allows for easy conversion to 5th wheel towing through the use of B&W's mating hitch, the Companion # BWRVK3500-5W. For an in-bed wiring harness use part # PK11893-11932.
