It sounds like you're looking for an Andersen Ultimate adapter from a gooseneck ball on your flatbed Dodge Ram 3500.
The Rapid Hitch # AM3139 will work for you. This has a maximum capacity of 24,000 pounds with an 8 inch offset. It installs onto your trailer's kingpin converting it to a gooseneck coupler.
