To determine if a trailer hitch receiver will fit on your 2003 Chevrolet S-10 that has an aftermarket bumper you'll have to do a little measuring.
There are three Curt Class III trailer hitch receivers that may work for you. You'll need to measure from the mounting holes on your truck's frame to the underside of the bumper to see if there is enough clearance. The measurements of each hitch that you will at least need are:
# 13920 - 2.353 inches
# C13132- 8.32 inches
# C13021- 10.20 inches
The same measurement will be needed for the Draw-Tite hitch:
# 75085 - 8.125 inches
