To quickly answer your question, I recommend the Falcon 2 # RM-520 which is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Buick Enclave. This one of the most popular options for your vehicle. You may want a hitch lock like # e98882 to keep your tow bar secure.

I want to make sure you have all the parts you need for flat towing, so I'll put together the system I recommend for you.

For 2016 Buick Enclave base plates, I recommend the Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # 523149-1. This hidden bracket design provides an improved aesthetic compared to standard brackets. It requires no pins or clips and is a simple installation. Threadlocker like # LT37420 is required for this installation. You will also want tow cables like # RM-643.

For your vehicle wiring, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit, # RM-15267. This wiring will allow you to use your factory vehicle wiring while protecting it from overload. This kit includes the connection wire for your Motorhome and a connection port for your Enclave.

For a supplemental braking system, I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional, # SM99251. This system will allow you to simply install the system once and not have to make any further adjustments. This is a very clean system that makes connecting and disconnecting your vehicle quick and easy without extra storage for parts required. The Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles, # RM-88400 is required for your vehicle to ensure proper braking functions.

You may need a hi-low adapter for towing as well. I've attached a couple articles to assist. Let me know if you have any questions.
