The Lippert Ground Control 3.0 system # LC358590 is an excellent choice for your 2004 Mountain Aire 38RLPK. The dry weight of your trailer is a little over 15,000 pounds so provided that it can't be loaded to over 20,000 pounds this system is ideal. What makes it so great is that the rear stabilizers and the landing gear part are all controlled electronically so you won't have to manually crank rear stabilizer jacks.
For a basic landing gear sets without any rear stabilizers you can use set # RVLG-8HDL and add motor # LC142178.
