Can Air Bag Helper Springs be Installed on a 2017 Ford F-250 with Factory 5th Wheel Prep Package

Looking at their website there is a Fitment Note: Fits single rear wheel SRW and dual rear wheel DRW models. Will fit ALL models without a fifth-wheel hitch and will also fit most side mount fifth wheel hitch applications. Does not fit cab and chassis applications. So it makes me wonder if this will work for me?

Air Lift helper springs # AL88399 have an upper bracket that mounts to the bottom of the frame on the 2017 Ford F-250. Provided that no part of the OEM 5th wheel prep package uses this space you can install it on your truck.

Basically the upper brackets install in place of the factory bump stops above the rear axle. If you check that area, specifically the frame area it is mounted to, it should be clear meaning the system will fit.

I spoke with my contact at SumoSprings and he informed me that the dimensions of the #SSR-127-54 are 10-3/4 x 7-1/4 x 4-1/2 inch. Just the yellow portion of the spring is 7 inches tall.
