Are All Bolts of the Curt Hitch C123433 Required for Installation
Question:
I have Toyota Camry 2008 V6. When I installed the hitch, the outer bolt in at the end of each side were off center. I have installed 2 bolts in the muffler and the horizontal one the one in pumper. Total of 3 bolts each side. Please see the pictures. Is it safe to install 3 bolts instead of 4 bolts?

You have to use all of the install hardware of the Curt hitch part # C12343 that you referenced. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult getting all of the holes to line up perfectly. What you will need to do is loosely install all of the hardware so that you can get all of the bolts started and then once they are all started then torque them all down.
