Wheel Center Cap Recommendation for Wheel with Pilot Diameter of 3.19 inches

I am looking for push through center caps the size that I need is as following. 3 3/16inch ID 3 1/4 inch OD with a hole at other end to service bearing on trailer which is 2 inch ID with a cap to cover it when installed. The height is 3 1/2 inch This is for a 2003 Nomad model 252 RV trailer it has Dexter Axles. Note the caps dont necessary need to have dust caps on the 2inch open end.

Sounds like the pilot diameter of your wheel is 3-3/16 inches which would mean the correct center cap to fit that is the part # 319EZ which you referenced that does have a removable center plug for access to hub.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.

Seal 171255UC has an inner diameter of 1.719 inches and outer diameter of 2.565 inches. A seal that has those dimensions would actually be #58846. I've added a link to a video review of this seal for you to take a look at.

The 7290 that you see is a casting number. It is found on AL-KO hubs that fit #99 spindles. I found that the bearings used are #28580 which would be the inner bearing and #25580 which would be the outer bearing. For the seal use #91030.
