Everything Needed for a 2006 Scion XB to Tow a Small Trailer Carrying a Motorcycle
Question:
I plan to use a hitch to haul either a 4X8 or 4X6 trailer for my motorcycle what receiver. What hardware come with this hitch and does the wiring kit for my Scion XB 2006 need and does the wiring have T connectors. Do I need anything else to get my hitch road ready? Thank you for your time.

For your 2006 Scion XB, I recommend starting with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11487. This is a custom fit and will use ball mount # C45521, along with pin and clip # F-4 and ball # A-82. The wiring harness for your vehicle is the Curt # C56030, which will connect to the factory wiring behind the trim panels in the cargo area on each side. Then you simply need your small trailer with a 2 inch coupler to match the hitch ball and you'll be good to go.
You may want to consider a wheel chock like # TWSPWM and some straps like # EM05729 for your bike.
