Will Curt A20 Fifth Wheel Hitch Fit Fifth Wheel Rails in Bed of 2013 GMC Sierra that are 22
Question:
Ive previously contacted etrailer for a recommendation for the best hitch for my 2013 GMC Sierra 2500HD Crewcab pickup with Duramax diesel engine pkg. with intentions of purchasing a fifth wheel camper with up to 16000GVW. I have above bed rails already mounted in the body, but I dont know which hitch they were used with. They look like the ones in your A20 video, and I expect that since they were installed by the GMC dealer specifically for the vehicle, that they will be the proper distance apart for the A20 with roller or other brand name hitches to mount on The mounting bolts, or center of the rails are 22inch apart. Id like your input on that. I also see that when trying to order the A20 C16541 that the cart also includes the mounting rails, but naturally Id like to order the roller hitch alone if my installed rails will be proper. Is it possible to order just the C16541 w/o the mounting kit?

Thanks for submitting a picture of your rails and telling use the distance between the mounting slots of your rail kit. Based on that we know you have a set of industry standard (most likely Reese), fifth wheel rails installed in the bed of your 2013 GMC Sierra 2500HD.
The Curt A20 part # C16541 that you referenced will fit those rails and will work great for you. For just the hitch all you would need is the part # C16541.
